1. Who We Are

2. The Service

HostingQr lets users create hosted public pages for menus, documents, images, language variants, and QR-code sharing. We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, or business reasons.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your account information, and all activity under your account. You must not share access in a way that allows misuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the service, or fail to keep an active paid or granted tier when required.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellations, And Refunds

Paid plans are provided through the checkout and payment provider shown at purchase, including Polar where applicable. Your access to project tools depends on an active entitlement, subscription, trial, manually granted tier, or admin tier.

If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise during checkout. Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts. Annual first purchases may be considered for refund within 14 days if the service was not materially used. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error. Duplicate or accidental payments may be reviewed case by case.

5. Uploaded Content

You are fully responsible for all content you upload, publish, link, or make available through HostingQr. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and publish that content. This includes images, menus, documents, logos, text, names, translations, and any other materials.

You must not upload or publish illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, deceptive, adult, violent, privacy-invasive, malware-related, phishing-related, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content. We may remove, disable, block, or restrict content or accounts without notice if we believe they create legal, security, operational, reputational, or user-safety risk.

6. Public Pages And QR Codes

Public hosted pages may be accessible by anyone with the URL or QR code. You are responsible for checking public pages before sharing or printing QR codes. We do not guarantee that public pages will be available continuously, error-free, or compatible with every device or scanner.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use HostingQr to spam, phish, impersonate others, attack systems, overload infrastructure, host malware, evade laws, sell or promote illegal goods or services, harass people, violate intellectual property rights, or mislead visitors. You must not attempt to bypass limits, access controls, payment requirements, or security protections.

8. Takedowns And Reports

Abuse, copyright, illegal-content, and privacy reports can be sent to support@hostingqr.com. We may disable or remove content while reviewing a report. We are not required to host any specific content and may act quickly when risk is identified.

9. Service Availability

HostingQr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, specific results, increased revenue, scan volume, compatibility, or availability at all times. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, network issues, abuse controls, and legal obligations may affect availability.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svarog d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, reputational, or third-party damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HostingQr during the three months before the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Svarog d.o.o. from claims, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service or cancel your paid plan according to the checkout provider’s process. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create risk, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law or provider policy.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will show the latest version. Continued use of HostingQr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Osnovni sud u Trebinju where applicable.
